PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic focus circuit which lowers a dynamic focus voltage in at least one of a horizontal and a vertical blanking periods. SOLUTION: The dynamic focus circuit 310 which generates the dynamic focus voltage to be supplied to a focus electrode 208 of the display device 200 has a clip circuit 14 which clips the dynamic focus voltage to a clip level in one of the horizontal and vertical blanking periods and a level shift circuit 16 which corrects the dynamic focus voltage clipped to the clip level to a specific level lower than the clip level.
