PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To photograph a video reflected with the taste and condition of a user. SOLUTION: Concerning a camera system for picking up the image of a photographing object through a predetermined method, this system has an image pickup part 111, condition monitoring part 106 for detecting the object from the provided video, photographing rule holding part 104 for holding the condition for determining the photographing object while relating it with priority, photographing object determining part 109 for determining the photographing object based on the condition out of objects detected by the condition monitoring part 106, input part for performing user input, general profile holding part 102 for holding the predetermined condition while relating it with priority, user profile holding part 101 for holding the condition inputted by the input part while relating it with priority, and profile integrating means 103 for integrating the conditions held in the general and user profile holding parts 102 and 101 and outputting the result to the photographing rule holding part 104 while relating it with priority.
