PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work efficiency of MRS (nuclear magnetic resonance scientific analysis), etc. by effectively insulating a superconducting magnet to keep it cool without adverse influences caused by vibration of a refrigerator. SOLUTION: A low temperature container 10 for insulating a superconducting magnet to keep the magnet cool or the apparatus for cooling the superconducting magnet thereof comprises a pulse pipe refrigerator which includes a compressor 30, a valve unit 32, and a refrigerator body 34 having a cooling part. The compressor 30, valve unit 32 and refrigerator body 34 are separated from one another, the valve unit 32 is coupled by a piping 33 with the refrigerator body 34, only the refrigerator body 34 is mounted onto the low temperature container 10 so as to cool the container 10 or the superconducting magnet. |
