PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily use a wire material for wiring in various kinds of electric apparatuses without using any cooling device so as to reduce power consumption by forming metal having ferromagnetism into the wire material at an ordinary temperature and applying a magnetic field in the axial direction of the wire material. SOLUTION: Metal with ferromagnetism is cold-drawn, and a magnetic field is applied in the wire material axial direction (drawing direction), so as to form the wire material into a cold superconductor to be used for power feeding or wiring in various kinds of electric appliances. In this way, superconductivity can be provided without using any cooling device, so that power consumption can be greatly lowered by using it for wiring.
