PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sharp image, by arranging an infrared ray emitting unit for illuminating with infrared rays and a visible ray emitting unit for illuminating with visible rays in a light source for projecting beams onto an object, thereby changing the infrared ray source and the visible ray source to suit for a type or the like of the object. SOLUTION: In the case of mounting an electronic component, a head unit is moved to a predetermined position on a board, a position reference mark of the board is imaged by a board recognition camera 27, and the board position is checked by an image recognition. At the time of imaging, when an object is illuminated by a light by an illuminator 30, a ratio of light quantities of white light LEDs 41, 44 and infrared LEDs 42, 45 is controlled to an optimum value according to the subject. Thus, even if a tone, a surface state or the like is variously changed according to the object, a clear image is obtained, and an accuracy of the recognition is enhanced. |
