<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition of excellent sensitivity that can be handled under the condition of safety light by setting the absorbance of an unsensitized coat formed of a specific composition, to the specific value or less in a specific wavelength range of safety light. SOLUTION: The absorbance of an unsensitized coat formed of a composition containing photo-setting resin, a photo-reaction initiator and a photosensitizer containing at least one kind of benzopyrromethene boron compound expressed by a formula is 0.5 or less in a range of±30 nm of maximum wavelength of safety light. Safety light is visible light of large spectral luminous efficiency with maximum wavelength selected from a range of 500-620 nm, preferably 510-600 nm. In the formula, R1-R3 and R5-R9 independently represent hydrogen atom, halogen atom, nitro group, cyano group, hydroxy group, amino group or calboxyl group; R4 represents hydrogen atom, cyano group or alkyl group; and R10, R11 independently represent halogen atom, alkyl group, aralkyl group or aryl group.</p> |
