<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a product excellent in photosensitivity, resolution and printing aptitude by containing a compound containing a specific diazonium group, and specific xylene resin at a specific ratio. SOLUTION: This product contains xylene resin at the ratio of 0.15-2.0, preferably 0.3-1.5 of xylene conversion unit per unit of diazonium salt. A compound containing a diazonium group is diphenylamino-4-diazonium salt, 3-methyl or methoxydiphenylamino-4-diazonium salt expressed by a formula I. Xylene resin is low molecular weight initial condensation resin expressed by a formula II. The compound contains the diazonium group with average molecular weight of M=140-400 and with oxygen content of 8-25%, reacted m-xylene under acidic state with formaldehyde or paraformaldehyde. In the formula I, R1-R3 represent hydrogen atom or alkyl group with 1-3 in the number of carbon atoms, and X represents anion of diazonium salt. In the formula II, R1 represents methyl group, and R2 represents methylol group.</p> |
