PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an access method for storage device and an access device with which freedom in the expansion of a memory can be maintained without increasing the number of decode circuits. SOLUTION: The storage device equipped with plural memory sub spaces Mn respectively having plural address ranges is provided (a), plural reference addresses bn are respectively allocated to the plural memory sub spaces (b), an access address is inputted (c), the plural operated results are provided by respectively operating the access address and the reference addresses (d) and when one specified result among the operated results exists in one address range in the address range corresponding to the one memory sub space, the relevant memory sub space is accessed (e).
