PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make easily performable a recovering processing after fault restoration by making it possible to send print data after a fault occurrence time after the fault restoration. SOLUTION: When a host device 1 makes a single or plural print requests between the host device 1 and a printer device 3, print data corresponding to those print requests are read out of a data file 3 and sent, page by page, to the printer device 5, and the print request names and page numbers of the sent print data are stored. If a fault occurs in the printer device 5 and the power source of the printer device 5 is turned off for its restoration, the print data are transmitted successively from a specified page number based on an indication from an input/output device 4 after the fault is removed.
