PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure the dead-weight of a combination vehicle even if the weight of a semi-trailer connected to a tractor is not known. SOLUTION: Related to measurement of a dead-weight of a combination vehicle A, in the state where a semi-trailer 3 is not corrected to a tractor 1, the frequency of output signal of a load sensor 71 is taken as an offset frequency of the load sensor 71 while, in the state where the semi-trailer 3 with no load is connected to the tractor 1, a value obtained by subtracting an initial load frequency estimated based on the weight indicated by a 5th wheel no-load axle load information taken from the semi-trailer 3 from the frequency of output signal of the load sensor 71 is taken as an offset frequency, and then the weight indicated by the 5th wheel no-load axle load is subtracted from the total of a tractor side load value measured based on the frequency of output signal of the load sensor 71 and the offset frequency and a trailer side load value measured based on the frequency output signal of a load sensor 91, for measuring a dead-weight.
