PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an information communication apparatus by which a gas consumption amount for each gas appliance can be found, simply by making use of a function provided at the gas appliance. SOLUTION: A first appliance information acquisition means 12, by which control information used to control the operation of an appliance in the use of a gas, is acquired at each prescribed timing and in which time information on an acquisition timing is acquired is provided. A first consumption-amount computing means 13, which computes a gas consumption amount on the basis of the control information which is acquired by the first appliance information acquisition means 12 and which corresponds to an acquisition timing and on the basis of the timing information, is provided. An output means 16, which outputs the gas consumption amount computed by the first consumption-amount computing means 13, is provided.
