PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information recording medium in which the film thickness of a pigment coating surface is made uniform and the formation of an error free coating surface (a pigment recording layer) is more efficiently achieved. SOLUTION: A heat mode type optical disk D is manufactured by laminating a pigment recording layer 204, on which information is recorded by the irradiation of laser beams, on a substrate 202 and an optical reflection layer 208 on the layer 204. In the manufacturing process above, the layer 204 is formed on the substrate 202 in the processing atmosphere while humidifying by using the water having a resistance ratio of >=0.15 MΩ. |
