PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a connection precision between an electronic part and a printed wiring board, heat radiation, and connection reliability and to relax a stress by, related to an electronic part mounted on the surface of the printed wiring board, providing a connection means which is inserted in the printed wiring board for electrical connection. SOLUTION: Related to an electronic part where a first connection part 12 electrically connected to a foot print 51 formed on the surface of a printed wiring board 50 is formed, a second connection part 13 is provided which is inserted in a through hole 52 formed at the printed wiring board 50 for electrical connection. Related to an electronic part where a first connection part 12 electrically connected to a foot print formed on the surface of a printed wiring board 50 is formed, the second connection part 13 is provided which is inserted in a drill-less IVH formed at the printed wiring board 50 for electrical connection. Thus, a stress is relaxed even if an electronic part receives a mechanical stress and a thermal stress, for improved heat transfer efficiency between the electronic part and the printed wiring board. |
