PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an operation amount required for synchronization acquisition. SOLUTION: A local PN sequence is divided so as to divide one cycle of it into plural, delay D1 for the division amount is successively supplied and they are added and turned into a multiple sequence M1. A similar processing is repeated to the multiple sequence M1, the correlation between the last multiple sequence Mn and an input PN sequence is calculated and the position K1 of the maximum correlation value is obtained. The correlation with the input PN sequence is obtained with the position K1 as a reference for each Mn length of the multiple sequence Mn-1 and a synchronization position K2 is obtained. Thereafter, the similar processing is successively performed, and for the synchronization position Kn-1 obtained by correlation calculation to M1, the maximum value in each correlation with the input PN sequence is obtained with the position for each division of the local PN sequence as the reference and the synchronization is acquired. |
