PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a layered ceramic capacitor, which can connect internal electrode layers and external terminal electrodes and can realize low inductance and impedance in a high frequency range, without the needy for aligning end faces forming the external terminal electrodes, when forming the external terminal electrodes on the paired end faces of a laminate. SOLUTION: In this layered ceramic capacitor, dielectric ceramic layers 2, which are formed substantially square, are stacked on each other respectively for forming a rectangular first inner electrode layer 3 and a rectangular second inner electrode layer 4. Further, the first and second inner electrode layers 3 and 4 are respectively extended to corners of the laminate 1 diagonally. Moreover, a first external terminal electrode 5 is formed on one of the paired end faces of the laminate 1 and a second external electrode 6 is formed on the other end face.
