PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal capable of being easily fitted to a counterpart member, without giving attention to the adjustment of angle after fitting the terminal by allowing the movement of the terminal after fastening the terminal. SOLUTION: This terminal 12 is constituted of an opening hole for insertion of bolt, and a bolt 14 is inserted into the opening hole, and the bolt 14 is screwed to a bolt insertion hole 16a of a grounding part 16 so as to fit the terminal 12 to the grounding part 16. In this case, the terminal 12 is formed of a hollow member 13, having an outer periphery formed with a saw-like projecting and recessed parts 13a and an inner periphery, in which the bolt 14 can be fitted, and a saw-like projecting and recessed part 15 formed in the inner peripheral surface of the opening hole and capable of being fitted to the saw-like projecting and recessed part 13a.
