PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately maintain mounting condition of a cleaning member on a casing by minimizing fluctuations as a result of the temp. change or the physical external force. SOLUTION: In a cleaner housing 14, an elastic contact part 16a on the cleaning blade 16 tip part is fixed on a mounting plane 101 of the cleaner housing 14, so as to be held in contact with respect to a photoreceptor drum 15 provided with a specified entering quantity. On the rear side of the mounting plane 101 of the cleaning blade 16, the reinforcing member 102 composed of a metal plate or the like is fixed. The reinforcing member 102 is, consisting of a material with the thermal expansion coefficient to be or to the extent of same as the cleaning blade 16.
