PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a programmable control panel capable of outputting many actuator driving signals with a small number of operation switches and unnecessitating the design of a sequence circuit. SOLUTION: The operation of one actuator and the end detection sensor of this actuator are stored in relation to one operation switch. If the end detection sensor of the actuator related to the operation switch detects the operation end at the time of depression of the operation switch (steps 120 and 130), a signal to drive the actuator toward the opposite operation end is outputted (steps 140 and 150). A pair of forcible switches to indicate both operation directions of the actuator are provided; and when a forcible switch is depressed (steps 100 and 110), the actuator related to the operation switch is operated in accordance with the indication of this forcible switch (steps 140 and 150).
