PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a device to effectively radiate heat from the internal space without damaging dust entering preventing function by communicating each other an interior space surrounded by a spacer which is formed by a elastomer having a vent path and an exterior space outside the spacer through the vent path. SOLUTION: A liq. crystal display panel 10 is mounted on a back light unit 20 through a spacer formed in a frame shape arranged along the non-display region of periphery of the backside. An elastomer 41 with a vent path is used as the spacer 40. By making the spacer 40 the elastomer 41 with the vent path like this, an interior space 401 surrounded by the spacer 40 and an exterior space of its outside are communicated each other by making the vent path as an air path. A soft urethane foam is listed as the elastomer 41 with the vent path and its density is preferably to be in a range of 25-65 kg/m3. By this way, interior air warmed by a lightsource is dissipated to the outside by convection.
