PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network ability analysis system which can measure traffic information in a designated time unit and can measure traffic information of a changed agent even if the agent is changed in the network ability analysis system which measures traffic information of a network and displays the timewise transition of it. SOLUTION: A first device which periodically requests traffic information from an agent, works traffic information sent from the agent and accumulates worked traffic information in an accumulation device and a second device which displays the timewise transition of worked traffic information based on worked traffic information accumulated in the accumulation device are provided.
