The unit consists of a sliding rail (1) permanently fixed to a post or lamppost on which slides a clamp (2) which can be fixed by screws. Attached to this clamp is a frame carrying the decorative panel or signboard, which is held in place by a blocking plate (3), maintained by screws (17).
