<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm the flow rate of a measuring object fluid and an operation mode and to confirm a selected operation mode and an actual operation even in the case that the flow rate of the measuring object fluid and the operation mode are displayed on the same 7-segment display device. SOLUTION: When an full close mode is selected by a DRIVE switch 54-1 designating an operation mode, the time is counted by a timer, and display of the flow rate is continued for a prescribed time, and 'OFF' indicating the full close mode is displayed on a 7-segment display device 56 after the prescribed time. When a full open mode or a control mode is selected, the selected operation mode is displayed.</p> |
