PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain application service corresponding to the processing capacity of each terminal equipment by providing a distributed network computing system consisting of a communication network for connecting an information processor to respective terminal equipments with an information exchange. SOLUTION: Communication networks such as a public network 30, a wired local area network(LAN) 40 and a wireless LAN 50 having respectively different communication capacity are connected to a server computer 1 consisting of a general computer having high processing capacity. In addition, a floppy disk device 181, a hard disk device 185 and an optical disk device (CO-ROM) 183 are connected to the computer 1 through a bus. Thus the information exchange 10 built in the computer 1 absorbs/adjusts the differences of information processing capacity and communication capacity to be the attributes of respective terminal equipments and communication infrastructures existing on the networks.
