PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker attaching hardware of a speaker cabinet which can decrease the vibration of a front baffle while lessening the weight of the speaker cabinet and also can reduce its cost and attaching labor/time. SOLUTION: This speaker attaching hardware 4 is made of a zinc alloy and consists of a barrel part 41 which has a tip face 411 that can be in close contact with the rear outer peripheral force 2111 of the tip part 211 of a speaker frame 21, a fixed plate part 42 which is extended from the rear end to the outside diameter side of the part 41 so as to be in close contact with the inner surface 111 of a baffle 11, a screw hole which is prepared on the tip face 411 of the part 41 to fix the part 211 of the frame 21 to the face 411 of the part 41 and a hole which is prepared on the part 42 to fix the part 42 to the surface 111 of the baffle 11. The hardware 4 has almost a flange shape and the part 42 being a collar of the hardware 4 is fastened with the screw to the surface 111 of the baffle 11. Then the tip (front) face 211 of the frame 21 is fastened with the screw to the tip (front) face 411 of the part 41.
