摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of elements of an input circuit and a decision circuit and to reduce the number of IC pins by generating a control signal for white balance adjustment on the basis of an output signal of a comparator and adjusting a DC level and an AC level of each primary color signal of RGB. SOLUTION: A comparator 8 performs level comparison between a voltage which is voltage converted by a first and a second resistances 1 and 5 and a generation voltage. Thus, the comparator 8 can perform precise discrimination and generates a decision output signal at an 'H' level or an 'L' level. Also, in this case, signals are latched by latch circuits 70 to 72 in the same way as at the time of cutoff adjustment and are impressed to a microcomputer 5 through a bus interface circuit 74. The microcomputer 75 decides and adjusts a gain (an alternating current level) of AC adjustment circuits 18 to 20. Thus, it is possible to process the cutoff adjustment and drive adjustment at an input circuit and a discrimination circuit by using the comparator 8 or the like.
