PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain rationalization of production of a television receiver and a computer display using a Braun tube and to make an adjustment work easier by generating a control signal for white balance adjustment based on an output signal and adjusting each primary color signal of RGB. SOLUTION: A luminance signal is impressed to an input terminal 12 of a video signal processing IC11. A test signal source 13 is made to generate a black signal for test at the time of cut off adjustment and to generate a white signal for test at the time of drive adjustment. Then, it is possible to perform the cut off adjustment and the drive adjustment extremely different in a drive current at an input circuit and decision circuit by using a first resistance 1, a second resistance 5, a switch 6, a reference power source 7, a comparator 8 and a microcomputer 75. Thus, it is possible to reduce the number of elements of the input circuit and decision circuit and to reduce the number of pins of the IC. Moreover, it is possible to incorporate the reference power source 7 into the video signal processing IC11 and to reduce an exterior parts of the IC.
