PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To position a holder in vertical and lateral directions with respect to an inserting port with a simple constitution by providing restricting pieces restricting the holder in a contact state at a position where it is abutted on a fixed part when the holder moved a mini disk to the inserting port, after separating it from a driving part. SOLUTION: A holder 13 is moved upward, a mini disk(MD) being on a disk driving part B2 is separated from a turntable Ta and the holder transfers the disk in the direction of a fixed part 29 of a fixing chassis by the ejecting operation of the mini disk(MD). At the last of the movement, upper edge parts 13H, 13G of the holder 13 are respectively abutted on restricting parts 22g, 22a provided at the fixed part 19. Since the restricting pieces 22g, 22a are formed so as to become oblique with respect to the vertical direction and the lateral direction, the holder 13 receives counter forces F1, F2 of pressurizing forces with respect to the restricting pieces 22g, 22a accompanied by the ascending of the holder and movements in the vertical direction and the lateral direction of the holder are restricted. Thus, the holder 13 is made to surely face to the disk inserting port provided in the fixed part 29.
