PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of reporting an emergency state without being noticed by a burglar near a customer who is operating an automatic teller machine(ATM). SOLUTION: The system is provided with the ATM 1 for allowing a customer to input an identification(ID) number and paying out cash based on the ID number and a center 3 for decoding the inputted ID number. The center 3 is provided with a decoding means for decoding whether the inputted ID number is a normal ID number or an emergency reporting ID number and the ATM 1 is provided with a reporting means 2 for reporting emergency to a monitor means 4 for monitoring the ATM 1 when a message that the inputted ID number is the emergency reporting ID number data is informed from the center 3.
