PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which can be changed into any arbitrary system in online state. SOLUTION: Concerning the NC device of multi-CPU configuration, all memories on the side of a sub CPU 2 use RAM 6, an active memory is composed of a two-port RAM 3 capable of high-speed communication, a main CPU 1 writes the start program of the sub CPU 2 into the two-port RAM 3 while keeping the reset state of the sub CPU 2, afterwards, the sub CPU 2 is activated by canceling reset, the main CPU 1 stores a program to be executed by the sub CPU 2 through the two-port RAM 3 to the RAM 6 of the sub CPU 2 and the sub CPU 2 can receive and execute the arbitrary program from the main CPU 1. Thus, the system, which can be changed into any arbitrary system in online state, can be constructed.
