PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a power distribution device with the required minimum constitution, to extend a breaker unit in a minimum unit corresponding as needed, to make parts common in the change of a ground system, and to exchange the state of a live line without stopping the power supply of the system by devising the constitution. SOLUTION: A breaker unit 100 having a breaker part for power supply/ interrupt 101, a power connection part 106, a first device connection part 104, a ground connection part 103 and a second device connection part 104, and a breaker unit device disk 200 constituting a counter power connection part 204, a counter ground connection part 205, a first connection mediation part 107 and a second connection mediation part 107 are installed.
