PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive circuit for a display panel and its display device which can reduce the area occupied by the circuit for driving one pixel cell. SOLUTION: The drive circuit of the display panel is equipped with plural external output terminals P, D/A converter 1 and a time division switch 41. The external output terminals P are connected to the data line D of the display panel. The D/A converters 1 are provided in numbers less than those of the external output terminals P, and designed to output a display voltage Vs on the basis of inputted image signals Vd. The time division switch 41 is connected between the D/A converter 1 and the plurality of the external output terminals P, so that, on the basis of time division signals, one output Vs of one D/A converter is outputted in time-division manner to the plural external output terminals P.
