SUBSTANCE: method involves forming blank from cardboard base by notching slots (marks) to thickness of connecting web; sequentially applying printed paper to both sides of blank; folding it along fold lines. Ratio of cardboard thickness and slot width is 1:(3.2-4). EFFECT: simplified manufacture process and reduced production cost.
