The funnel-shaped main part (1) is held within a dome-shaped lid (14) with two locking elements (13), tensioned by springs (12). When a ring segment (10), enveloping the complete main part, is slightly squeezed between thumb and forefinger, the locking elements (13) are released and the specific device, e.g. a guide with a solid needle (2), or any other specific part, needed for a certain operation can be exchanged. The lid (14) is secured with a ring seal (15).
