The basic device comprises of a padded waist belt (1), locked at the front (2), a telescopic bar (3), attached to each side, the upper ends accommodated in the armpits of the affected person, and a second belt (6), surrounding the chest. Various carrying elements (13,14,15), provided with hooks or loops, can be attached to the side of the lower belt (1), to the upper belt (6), or to the back. Outwards pointing bars (11), joined to the waist belt (1), keep the carried items (7) at a comfortable distance if required.
