A removable zigzag-shaped restraining material (20) is mounted to the lower end wall (30) of a main body (10) to prevent a tool (16), extended from the notch (14) of the lower end wall, from being removed. The restraining material has notches (21) which are aligned with the notches (14) when the restraining material is attached to the lower end wall. The main body includes a bottom wall (18), two lateral walls (26), an upper end wall (28) and the lower end wall. The notches (14) are formed lengthwise at predetermined space, and each having an oblong shape extending at an acute angle direction with the lengthwise direction of the lower end wall. A retaining end edge (141) is formed on the distal end of the wall of each notch to securely retain the end of the tool. A beam (12) is extended across the upper portions of the two lateral walls. The beam has separation ribs (121), from which retaining channels are formed between two adjacent separation ribs. The bottom wall has resilient materials (13) individually aligned with one retaining channel and one notch to bias the mediate portion of the tool upwardly, such that both ends of the tool are respectively retained in the retaining channel and notch.
