FIELD: metal coatings and corrosion protection. SUBSTANCE: after initial material is properly positioned, charge is blown up at specified distance from surface to be treated. Method is distinguished by that initial material is placed in porous jet shell of jet charge having porosity m >= 3, half-opening angle of jet cut 25 ≅ alpha ≅ 70o, and load factor r = m ρexdeltaex/ρshdeltash, where ρex is explosive density, deltaex explosive layer thickness, ρsh density of jet shell material, and deltash jet shell thickness, jet charge being positioned at distance at least 200 mm from surface to be treated.
