FIELD: plastic metal working, namely manufacture of ring articles in machine engineering. SUBSTANCE: mill includes non-detachable die-bandage mounted on struts in frame, roll fixed in radial direction and mechanism for radially moving die-bandage with drive, bearing support, rotary support for arranging roll. Mechanism for radially moving die-bandage is in the form of crank, length-controlled tie rod, cross piece and rocker arm mounted with possibility of rocking motion. All links of said mechanism are connected with drive shaft and they are kinematically joined one with another. One strut has arch-like port for placing rotary support in it. Rotary support is made with possibility of placing and removing blank. Guiding and controlling roller prevents shifting of blank from vertical axis and provides manufacture of regular shape forgings. EFFECT: improved design of mill units, enhanced quality of products. 2 dwg
