FIELD: grinding various products. SUBSTANCE: device has housing with longitudinal passages on inner surfaces; arranged in this housing are: auger shaft, movable knife unit, perforated fixed knife and thrust bush. Outlet portion of housing is conical in form where knife unit is arranged; this knife unit consists of non-adjustable and adjustable knives. Cutting edge of adjustable knives is located at angle for engagement with fixed perforated knife provided with taper recess and taper holes on inner side. EFFECT: increased productivity and improved quality of grinding. 3 dwg
