<p>A mounting device (14) is provided for mounting a drive wheel (12) of a track apparatus (10) to a rotatable axle (13) of the vehicle (17). The mounting device (14) includes a generally cylindrical sleeve (18) having first and second opposite ends (20 and 22). The cylindrical sleeve (18) includes a plurality of circumferentially spaced slots (38) therein. An attachment device (24) interconnects the cylindrical sleeve (18) and the axle (13) of the vehicle (17) and also interconnects the cylindrical sleeve (18) and the drive wheel (12).</p> |
