SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes successively communicated one with another receiving tank, connected with atmosphere oil product collector and reservoir connected with sealed vessel having unit for draining oil products. Apparatus also includes pickup for detecting level of oil product in oil product collector and unit with valve for draining oil products from collector. Oil product collector and reservoir are mutually communicated through duct in their lower and upper portions respectively.
