The window or door or facade element has a shutter frame (10) with a pane frame (12) and a moving leaf (11) for the glass pane(s) (13,14). The glass pane(s) are fixed to the outer side of the leaf on the pane frame, firmly bonded to the inner carrier profile. Grooves to take seals, and the like, are on the pane frame and/or the inner carrier profile. The pane frame is a plastics profile, preferably of polyurethane. The shutter frame and moving leaf are of wood, aluminium, steel or a suitable plastics.
