FIELD: measurement technology, manufacture of electromechanical devices for control panels. SUBSTANCE: given mobile system incorporates balancing unit in the form of flat tongue with flat washer put on its surface. Washer is fabricated in the form of round- shaped permanent magnet and section of surface of flat tongue located under washer is made from ferromagnetic material. It has less sliding friction factor as compared with the rest of surface of flat tongue facing washer. EFFECT: increased structural and technological characteristics. 2 dwg
