摘要 FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: stator testing for performance characteristics such as resistance, extra current, sense of rotation, and breakdown voltage conducted before its connection with rotor consists in placing it positioning and locking unit, applying control voltage to it for resistance measurements followed by display or measurement results, and also applying extra current to stator for measuring and displaying this characteristic; then specified voltage is applied for detecting sense of rotation of standard rotor and displaying results obtained; specified voltage is also applied to stator to measure its breakdown value and displaying results. Facility implementing this technique has control unit that receives start- of-test instruction from key input unit and functions to control resistance measurement unit, extra current testing unit, breakdown voltage measuring unit, and sense-of-rotation detecting unit for determining sense of rotation of standard rotor which is set in rotary motion due to current supplied to stator under test; facility also has stator positioning and locking unit and display unit.
