FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves dissecting tissues using ultrasonic destruction aspiration unit having 22.5 kHz frequency and 0 to 300 mcm operation end piece action power. Blood vessels, nerves and ducts are released from fat after applying broad cut of the peritoneum.
