A medical tube connector device capable of being connected and disconnected easily without touching a flow path end by fingers, wherein a first connector main body which has a flow path communicable with a tube and on which a protective cap is installed detachably is connected to a second connector main body which has a path communicable with a tube and a protective cap inserting recessed part and in which a guide cap having a cover part for sealing the end part of the flow path is installed displaceably, and the second connector main body and guide cap can be in a standby condition in which the protective cap inserting recessed part is open and the end part of the flow path is sealed by the cover part or in a connection condition in which the end part of the flow path is open, whereby, when a first connector is connected after it is inserted in the standby condition, the protective cap is held on the recessed part and separated from the first connector main body, and the flow path of the first connector main body communicates with the flow path of the second connector main body.
