<p>An adaptive array antenna comprising array antennas spaced at intervals at which the correlation is ignorable and each having antenna elements spaced at intervals at which a large correlation is exhibited, wherein diversity effects such as fading compensation are produced, interference waves coming from the same direction are eliminated, the gain is augmented by main beam tracking, and one or more calibration signal coupling sections and a multi-beam synthesizing circuit are provided so as to remove individual variation in calibration signal and to perform highly reliable calibration.</p> |
