FIELD: electronic engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has coaxial feeder and radiator arranged symmetrically to axis of single-wire transmission line conductor and incorporates dipoles mounted in same plane perpendicular to axis of single-wire transmission line conductor and in parallel with surface of reflector spaced lambda apart, where lambda is wavelength. Device may be provided with three dipoles interconnected through single-phase leads in center; one of sides of one dipole terminates in locking sleeve, lambda long, or in counter-poise connected to outer sheath of feeder.
