The invention concerns a dispenser for impregnated towels comprising a casing (2, 3) designed to receive a stock of towels, provided with a non-closing opening (5), for removing towels, containing a stock of towels. The invention is characterised in that the casing (2, 3) comprises a container (9) for collecting excess impregnating liquid, arranged to collect excess liquid migrating downwards by effect of gravity. A cap (6) is provided for sealing the dispenser before it starts to operate.
