<p>An apparatus (1) for searching microorganisms comprises a container (5) provided with well means (2) capable of containing a culture medium, cell means (6) capable of containing a composition designed to generate a gaseous mass, and duct means (7) capable of connecting said cell means (6) with said well means; it further comprises sealing means (8) capable of sealing said well means (3); a method for searching microorganisms comprises: preparing a composition designed to generate a gaseous mass; introducing said mixture into cell means (6); activating said mixture for generating said gaseous mass; transferring, through duct means (7), said gaseous mass into well means (2) comprising at least one well (3) containing a culture medium for the growth of microaerophilic microorganisms; sealing said cell means (6) and said at least one well (3). <IMAGE></p> |
