The process involves the compressed loading air being fed to each cylinder-piston arrangement , which is limited by the intake stroke. In the outlet stroke the inlet valve is closed if the cylinder is at least 1/4 and not more than 4/5 from top dead centre to bottom dead center. The inlet valve is closed if the cylinder is 1/3 to 3/4 of the stroke from top dead center to bottom dead center. The sealing of the stroke air and closure point of the cylinder is restricted when the pressure in the cylinder reaches 1-3 bar. |
